TREND
Yes… everybody talks about trend when they get involved in trading financial instruments… So, what is this "trend"? Ok there are many definitions of this word and many school of thoughts that define this word. Let’s see some of the definitions, ok.
UPTREND
1. When there’s a higher "HIGH"
2. When there’s a higher "LOW"
3. Smaller Moving Average (MA) is higher in value than Bigger Moving Average (MA)
4. Smaller MA crosses the bigger MA upward .
5. Some use what we call trendline and it must show "upward "
6. Some says when their indicators change from 1 color to another color.
7. Some flips coin to guess the trend.
DOWNTREND
1. When there’s a lower "HIGH"
2. When there’s a lower "LOW"
3. Smaller Moving Average (MA) is lower in value than Bigger Moving Average (MA)
4. Smaller MA crosses the bigger MA downwards .
5. Some use what we call trendline and it must show "downwards ".
6. Some says when their indicators change from 1 color to another color.
7. Some flips coin to guess the trend.
